Youth group spends spring break giving back - Clay Center Dispatch On-Line: News: While some kids are enjoying a week off for Spring Break, there are a few in the community who are giving back.

Winter Jam

We took 17 youth to Winter Jam this year and played Laser Tag. We had a blast. Check out the pictures below.

Gross, Weird, True, Week 2

This Sunday the Youth Group met for the first time ever at the Idana Presbyterian Church. We continued with the second lesson of our Gross, Weird, True series. This week we learned about respecting our elders and parents. We learned that respecting our elders is something that God cares a lot about. The high schoolers extended their lead to 800 points. Middle schoolers, you have some catching up to do.

Gross, Weird, True

On Sunday the Youth Group launched into our new series Gross, Weird, True. We learned about God’s desire for us to live lives of holiness. This series is designed to pit teams against each other. At the end of the series the winning team will receive a pizza party. Last night we decided to narrow the teams down to middle school vs. high school. The high schoolers out smarted the middle schoolers during the quiz earning their team 1000 points. The middle schoolers quickly bounced back earning 1000 points in the “Remove the Poop” game. However, the high schoolers emerged from the week victorious due to having more team members.
